On April 30, 2013, Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway on behalf of the State
of Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April
29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2377726
Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG, 3.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2377726 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the notifier from Norges Bank.

On April 30, 2013, Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2377726 Voting Rights).
