Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 20% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 17.96% (this
corresponds to 3242712 Voting Rights).
On April 30, 2013, Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH, Wien, Österreich has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 20%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 17.96% (this corresponds to 3242712 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 17.96%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3242712 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Pruß GmbH.
On April 30, 2013, Mr Nemat Farrokhnia, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below the 20%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 17.96% (this corresponds to 3242712 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 17.96%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3242712 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Farrokhnia from Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH and Pruß GmbH.
