On April 30, 2013, Mr Dr. Erhard F. Grossnigg, Österreich has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold
of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.81%
(this corresponds to 1050000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.94% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 350000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Grossnigg.
