Correction of notification as of April 17,2013
On April 16, 2013, FMR LLC, Boston / Mass., USA has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum Luxemburg, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 15, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 5.06% (this corresponds to 2294277 Voting Rights). By mistake the
original dissemination of voting rights was announced under §26, Abs. 1
Satz 2 WpHG.
