according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 07, 2013 and on that day amounted to
9.99% (this corresponds to 12791658 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.51% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4500000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from MSP Holding GmbH.
