Niederwangen, May 17, 2013, 7.00 a.m. – At their annual general meeting on May 16, the shareholders of Adval Tech Holding Ltd approved all motions proposed by the Board. The Members of the Board Willy Michel and Michael Pieper have been elected for a further term of three years. The terms of the other Members of the Board – Leonardo Attanasio, Hans Dreier and Roland Waibel – will not expire before the annual general meetings in 2014 or 2015.
