On May 17, 2013, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
on May 10, 2013 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main,
Deutschland, exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse
AG and on that day amounted to 4.25% (this corresponds to 8199381 Voting
Rights).

0.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 35305 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 of the WpHG, and further 0.01% of the voting rights (corresponding
to 14812 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of
the WpHG.
