Germany, notified us according to Article 21, Section 1 German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) that on May 17, 2013 its voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, fell below the thresholds of 5%
and 3% and on that day amounted to 0.01% arising from 23,282 voting
rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 0.01% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 23282 Voting Rights) is to be attributed
