Elmos Semiconductor AG: General Meeting agrees to continuity in dividends

All agenda items approved by large majority

Dortmund, May 24, 2013: Elmos Semiconductor AG held its 14th Annual General
Meeting today. A large majority of the shareholders agreed to the proposal
of a dividend of 0.25 Euro per share. In view of the positive prospects for
the future, the continuity in dividends now decided was received by the
shareholders too with great approval. The other resolutions on the agenda
were also passed by a majority of more than 98% of the votes respectively.

'Elmos has a strong financial base. Supervisory Board and Management Board
of Elmos regard the weaker financial performance in 2012 as merely
temporary. The continuity in dividends underlines our aim of growth in
spite of the weakness of the 1st quarter 2013 which came as expected,' says
Dr. Anton Mindl, CEO of Elmos Semiconductor AG. 'Our order intake is
currently affected favorably by the ramp-up of new products.'

In his speech at the General Meeting, Dr. Mindl introduced new products and
advancements of well-established semiconductors, among other topics. He
also addressed the successes achieved in the Asian region and the difficult
general economic conditions in Europe. As product highlights, the CEO
presented several test reviews published in renowned auto magazines that
praise the new proximity sensorics in the VW Golf VII, featuring Elmos
technology.

The dividend will be paid on May 27, 2013 to all shareholders who held
Elmos shares on May 24, 2013.
