1 Satz 1 Nr. 6, Satz 2 und 3 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz gemacht:

1. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership,
   Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG,
   Ottostraße 1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of
   3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership held 3.03% in
   relation to all voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from
   3,663,716 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
   attributable to Artisan Partners Limited Partnership pursuant to
   section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Artisan Investment GP LLC, Milwaukee,
   Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG, Ottostraße
   1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On
   that date, Artisan Investment GP LLC held 3.03% in relation to all
   voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from 3,663,716
   ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
   attributable to Artisan Investment GP LLC pursuant to section 22 (1)
   sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

3. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee,
   Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG, Ottostraße
   1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On
   that date, Artisan Partners Holdings LP held 3.03% in relation to all
   voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from 3,663,716
   ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
   attributable to Artisan Partners Holdings LP pursuant to section 22 (1)
   sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

4. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc.,
   Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG,
   Ottostraße 1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of
   3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. held 3.03% in
   relation to all voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from
   3,663,716 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
   attributable to Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. pursuant to
   section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

5. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Artisan Investment Corporation,
   Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG,
   Ottostraße 1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of
   3%. On that date, Artisan Investment Corporation held 3.03% in relation
   to all voting rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from 3,663,716
   ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
   attributable to Artisan Investment Corporation pursuant to section 22
   (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

6. On May 13, 2013, the stake of ZFIC, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin
   53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG, Ottostraße 1, 51149
   Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date,
   ZFIC, Inc. held 3.03% in relation to all voting rights in DEUTZ AG
   (voting rights arising from 3,663,716 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
   All such voting rights were attributable to ZFIC, Inc. pursuant to
   section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

7. On May 13, 2013, the stake of Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler, c/o Artisan
   Partners Holdings LP, USA, in the voting rights in DEUTZ AG, Ottostraße
   1, 51149 Köln-Porz (Eil), Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On
   that date, Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler held 3.03% in relation to all voting
   rights in DEUTZ AG (voting rights arising from 3,663,716 ordinary
   shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Mr.
   Andrew A. Ziegler pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
