Correction of release according to § 26 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG dated May
23, 2013

On May 23, 2013, H M Treasury, in the name and on behalf of the United
Kingdom, London, United Kingdom informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 16, 2013 its voting rights in Deutsche
Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main, Deutschland, exceeded the 3% threshold of
voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to 3.93% (this
corresponds to 7587417 Voting Rights).

All of these voting rights were attributed to the United Kingdom pursuant
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG via The Royal Bank
of Scotland Group plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
