On June 04, 2013, Invesco Limited - Reg No: 40671, Hamilton, Bermuda
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on June 03,
2013 its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, 60485 Frankfurt / Main,
Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG
and on that day amounted to 3.084% (this corresponds to 5952862 voting
rights).

3.084% of the voting rights (corresponding to 5952862 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
