WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24,

fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.80% (this corresponds to 2213089 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
