Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution
Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)
Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, informed us on
June 13, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that on
June 12, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3 % and on this day amount to 3.001 % (3,714,279
voting rights).
The Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed us on June 13, 2013 on
behalf of the State of Norway pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence
1 WpHG that on June 12, 2013 the voting rights of the State of Norway
in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % and on this
day amount to 3.001 % (3,714,279 voting rights). Thereof 3.001 %
(3,714,279 voting rights) are to be attributed to the State of Norway
pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG through the
state-controlled Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), whose voting
rights in QSC AG amount to 3 % or more.
