New Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for First Sensor AG

Yesterday, the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG has appointed Dr.
Martin U. Schefter to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of
First Sensor AG effective as of 17th June 2013.
The appointment shall be effective for a period of three years.

The company's current Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Hans-Georg
Giering, will leave the company's management board effective as of 14th
June 2013.
