The general shareholders' meeting of GSW Immobilien AG on 18 June 2013
adopted a resolution with 63.31 % of the votes cast to withdraw confidence
in
the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Bernd Kottmann. The motion of a shareholder
to remove the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Eckart John von
Freyend, was supported by 69.63% of the votes cast and failed the
necessary
quorum of 75%.
