Düsseldorf, 20 June 2013 - The management board of GEA Group
Aktiengesellschaft decided with the approval of the supervisory board to
separate from the segment GEA Heat Exchangers in the medium term. Hence,
GEA Group is reviewing all options for a separation from this segment. The
decision is to be seen in the context of the strategic development of GEA
putting a stronger focus on the development of its remaining business
units.
