This publication is a correction of the publication according to Articles
26, Section 1 of the WpHG as of June 5, 2013.

On May 30, 2013, Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc., Wilmington,
Delaware, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24,
2013 and on that day amounted to 2.80% (this corresponds to 2213089 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.80% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2213089 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
