On June 28, 2013, Henderson Global Investors (holdings) Plc, London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum
Luxemburg, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
27, 2013 and on that day amounted to 4.87% (this corresponds to 2209335
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.87% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2209335 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
