On July 03, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on KION GROUP AG, Wiesbaden, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on June 27, 2013 and on that day amounted to
3.05% (this corresponds to 3014548 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.05% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3014548 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc.
and Morgan Stanley Bank Aktiengesellschaft.
