On July 04, 2013, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on GSW Immobilien AG, Berlin, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 02, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 3.61% (this corresponds to 1824516 Voting Rights).

On July 04, 2013, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway,
Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on GSW Immobilien AG, Berlin, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 02, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.61% (this corresponds to 1824516 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.61% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1824516 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from the Norges Bank.
