On July 11, 2013, Mr Georg Steuler, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Norddeutsche Steingut Aktiengesellschaft, Bremen, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the
Voting Rights on July 03, 2013 and on that day amounted to 87.33% (this
corresponds to 2095894 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 87.33%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2095894 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Steuler from Steuler-Fliesen GmbH und Steuler Holding
GmbH.
