Pursuant to Sec. 21(1) German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG'), TIB
Vermögens- und Beteiligungsholding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, informed us on
July 17, 2013, that its voting interest in Werdohl, Germany, based Vossloh
AG (ISIN: DE0007667107, German SIN: 766710) crossed on July 30, 2012, above
3%, 5%, 10% and 15% to 15.41% (corresponding to 2,054,002 votes). This
15.41% voting stake (2,054,002 votes) is attributable to the notifying
company under the terms of Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 1 WpHG.
Votes attributable to the notifying company are held by the following
company (which is controlled by it and holds a voting stake in Vossloh AG
of 3% or more): KB Holding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany.
