By letter dated July 17, 2013, we were informed for and on behalf of TIB
Vermögens- und Beteiligungsholding GmbH (the 'Notifier'), Grünwald,
Germany, that the voting interest held by the Notifier in Vossloh AG
crossed (i) on July 30, 2012, above 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% to 15.41%
(2,054,002 votes), attributable through the Notifier's stake in KB Holding
GmbH, Grünwald, Germany, and (ii) on November 19, 2012, above 20% and 25%
to 25.14% (3,349,888 votes), attributable through the Notifier's stake in
KB Holding GmbH, Grünwald, Germany. These notifications are the result of
the Notifier's involvement on July 30, 2012, as intermediate holding
company between Stella Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH and KB Holding GmbH,
however, such involvement not affecting any voting interests as such.

In the context of the foregoing notifications that the voting interest
crossed above certain thresholds, we were further informed for and on
behalf of the Notifier pursuant to Sec. 27a(1) German Securities Trading
Act ('WpHG') as follows:

(1) Acquisition purposes:

Regarding the acquisition purposes disclosable under the terms of Sec.
27a(1) Clause 3 WpHG, reference is made to the notifications issued on
November 21, 2012, pursuant to Sec. 27a WpHG by KB Holding GmbH and Stella
Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH. The Notifier does not pursue any other or
additional goals.

(2) The acquisition of the voting interests was exclusively funded through
internal resources. The Notifier itself has, however, not acquired any
voting interests directly and, therefore, has not used any of its funds to
acquire such voting interests.
