On July 23, 2013, Coronation Investment Management (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town,
South Africa has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 24,
2013 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 2405657 Voting
Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.05% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2405657 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
