BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, U.S.A., has notified
us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on
Deutsche Post AG have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 22 July 2013 and
amount to 3,06% (36,962,694 voting rights) on that day. Of these voting
rights, 3,06% (36,962,694 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock
International Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Heller, Jersey, Channel Islands,
has notified us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting
rights on Deutsche Post AG have exceeded the threshold of 3% on 22 July
2013 and amount to 3,06% (36,962,694 voting rights) on that day. Of these
voting rights, 3,06% (36,962,694 voting rights) are to be attributed to BR
Jersey International Holdings L.P. according to Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.

BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., has notified us according to Article
21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG have exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 24 July 2013 and amount to 3,02% (36,515,675 voting
rights) on that day. Of these voting rights, 3,02% (36,515,675 voting
rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited according to
Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
