On July 30, 2013, BlackRock, Inc., New York, New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (the German Securities
Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on United Internet AG,
Montabaur, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
July 26, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to
5855172 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
5855172 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
