Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock Inc., New York (NY), USA,
informed us on 01.08.2013 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW
Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 5% on 24.07.2013 and
amounts to 4.98% (2,514,084 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 4.98% (2,514,084 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Inc., pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1
no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.
