announcement:

Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG

Merlin General Partner II Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, has
informed us according to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its
percentage of voting rights on WILEX AG have fallen below the 3% threshold
of the voting rights on 24 August 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.73%
(this corresponds to 853,355 voting rights).

This publication has to be read in connection with the announcement of 17
December 2012.
