On August 15, 2013, Flossbach von Storch AG, Köln, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Deutschland, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 09, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.9998% (this corresponds to 3841524 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.81% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
3595124 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 246400 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
