Adval Tech Group extends credit contract
Niederwangen, 16 August 2013, 7.00 a.m. – The Adval Tech Group has extended its credit contract with two big Swiss banks until 30 June 2014. The credit facility of CHF 120 million will be reduced in several steps to max. CHF 85 million by the end of 2013.

The credit contract of the Adval Tech Group with two big Swiss banks is subject to a number of covenants. These comprise the following financial key figures: minimum equity for the Group, minimum target EBITDA and minimum available liquidity. The extended credit contract provides for a total multi-stage reduction in the credit facility of CHF 35 million to a maximum of CHF 85 million by the end of 2013. A major shareholder of Adval Tech Holding Ltd has granted the lender banks a guarantee for half of the amount of the original credit facility.
