Thereof, a share of voting rights of 44.00% (96,270,768 voting rights) was
directly held by Lavena Holding 1 GmbH. A further share of voting rights of

below the thresholds of 75% and 50% on 16 August 2013 and amounted to
approximately 46.87% of the total number of voting rights (102,553,468
voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. This share of voting rights was attributed to
Lavena 3 S.à r.l. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 in conjunction
