UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us on August 26, 2013, in
accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
its share in the voting rights of Süss MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold on August 20, 2013 and amounted to 9.98%
(Amount of Shares: 1,907,818). 0,02% of the voting rights (3,322 voting
rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 1 of the WpHG.
