Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

1. Kempen European Participations N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands,
   informed us on September 05, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG
   that on September 05, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 5% and on this day amount to
   5.10% (6,313,800 voting rights).

2. Kempen Capital Management N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed us
   on September 05, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on
   September 05, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have
   exceeded the threshold of 5% and on this day amount to 5.10% (6,313,800
   voting rights). Thereof 5.10% (6,313,800 voting rights) are to be
   attributed to Kempen Capital Management N.V. pursuant to Article 22
   Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. Voting rights of the following
   shareholder holding directly 3% or more voting rights in QSC AG,
   Cologne, Germany, are attributed to Kempen Capital Management N.V.:
   Kempen European Participations N.V.
