Revision of the Announcement dated 28 March 2013

Revision Announcement pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG, because the
announcement dated 28 March 2013 did not mention the provision of sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG which is made good for in the following revision
announcement:

Voting Rights Announcement pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

Mr. Rashed Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, informed
us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 24.03.2013 his voting rights in
Pearl Gold AG, Frankfurt, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%,
15% and 20% and represented 22.40% (5,600,000 voting rights) on that day.

These 22.40% (5,600,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Mr. Rashed
Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. The
voting rights attributed to Mr. Rashed Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi are held by
the following legal entities controlled by him, the (directly or indirectly
held) voting rights of which in Pearl Gold AG amount to 3% or more:
- Horizon Energy LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates,
- Horizon Resources GmbH, Kitzbühel, Austria (formerly named TALK FM
Content Agency GmbH).
