of 5% and 3% on 10 September 2013 and, on this date, amounted to 0% of the

The share of voting rights of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V., Amsterdam,
Netherlands, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on 10 September 2013 and,
on this date, amounted to 0% of the total number of voting rights (zero
voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
