On September 17, 2013, Henderson Group plc, London, United Kingdom, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 16, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to 2290742 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.90% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2290742 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On September 17, 2013, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) plc, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 16, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to
2290742 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.90% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2290742 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
