On April 04, 2013, BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.11% (this corresponds to 161463 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.11% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 161463 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
