Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

1. Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, informed us on
   September 23, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG
   that on September 20, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, have fallen below the threshold of 3% and on this day amount
   to 2.98% (3,685,518 voting rights).

2. The Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed us on September 23,
   2013 on behalf of the State of Norway pursuant to Article 21 Section 1
   Sentence 1 WpHG that on September 20, 2013 the voting rights of the
   State of Norway in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have fallen below the
   threshold of 3% and on this day amount to 2.98% (3,685,518 voting
   rights). Thereof 2.98% (3,685,518 voting rights) are to be attributed
   to the State of Norway pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No.
   1 WpHG.
