informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 23, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 3793247 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of
