Buyback of own shares - final notification

KION GROUP AG completes share buyback earlier than planned

In the period from September 20, 2013 to September 26, 2013 inclusive, a
total of 68,489 shares were purchased within the scope of the share
buyback. The commencement of this share buyback on August 28, 2013 was
provided by way of ad-hoc disclosure on August 26, 2013. The share buyback
was thus completed earlier than planned on September 26, 2013.

Overall, 200,000 shares have been purchased within the scope of this share
buyback in the period from August 28, 2013 to September 26, 2013. This
corresponds to a total of 0.202% of the share capital of KION GROUP AG. The
average purchase price per share was EUR 27.8897. Overall, shares were
repurchased for a total price of EUR 5,577,937.64 (excluding ancillary
purchasing costs).

The buyback of shares has been carried out through a bank mandated by KION
GROUP AG, exclusively through the XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.
