Today, UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, provides its financial figures for the first half of fiscal year 2013.
In the first half of fiscal year 2013 UET generated consolidated revenues of EUR 22.5mn and thus is EUR 14mn lower than revenues in the same period of 2012 that included revenues in the amount of EUR 11mn from the Berndes Group which has been deconsolidated as of June 30 th 2012.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amount to EUR 1.2mn, which represents a 13% decrease compared to the same period of the previous year.
Earnings of ordinary operating activities improved from EUR -1.377mn to EUR -0.462mn, but still remain negative.
In the first half of fiscal year 2013 Cash Flow from operating activities amounted to EUR 1.3mn, which is lower than the year before (EUR 1.7mn). Cash and cash equivalents in the group amounted to EUR 1.4mn, as of June 30 th , 2013.
