On September 30, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 25, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 2390920 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2362020 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company. According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.04% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 28900 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the

us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 27, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 2357871 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2356700 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company. According to
