Publication of a notification pursuant to section 21 para.1 WpHG

Pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG the Government of Singapore acting by
and through Ministry of Finance, 100 High Street #06-03 The Treasury,
Singapore 179434, Singapore, Singapore, has notified us on 16.10.2013 that
the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG, Charlottenstraße 4,
10969 Berlin, Deutschland, has fallen below the threshold of 5% on
03.10.2013 and amounts to 3.66% (1.850.185 voting rights) as per this date.

These 1.850.185 voting rights (3.66%) in GSW Immobilien AG held through the
fund manager GIC Pte Ltd (previously known as Government of Singapore
Investment Corporation Pte Ltd) are to be attributed to the Government of
Singapore pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG.
