We have been notified on October 25, 2013 of the following:

1. Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
   gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 23, 2013 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich,
   Germany fell below the threshold of 3% and amount to 2.457% (1,277,738
   voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon International Investment
Corporation pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG (2,409%,
1,252,447 voting rights) and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (0,049%,
25,291 voting rights).

1. Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc, Toronto/Montreal, Canada gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 23, 2013 the voting rights
   in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany fell
   below the threshold of 3% and amount to 2.457% (1,277,738 voting rights) as
   per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (2,409%, 1,252,447 voting rights) and
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG (0,049%, 25,291 voting
rights).
