Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SURTECO SE, Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October
28, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this corresponds to 340000
Voting Rights).
