   to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on October 22, 2013 the voting rights in MTU
   Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany exceeded the
   threshold of 3% and amount to 3.62% (1,883,469 voting rights) as per this
   date.
