First Sensor implements Management Board participation by issuing new
shares

First Sensor AG resolved today to issue 31,000 new shares to the company's
CEO Dr. Martin Shefter at a subscription price of EUR5.00 per share.
Shareholders' subscription rights were excluded. This transaction increases
the company's share capital from EUR49,701,365 currently to EUR49,856,365.
The capital measure is carried out by means of implementing an agreement
with the CEO on his participation in the company's share capital. Issuing
the 31,000 new shares makes partial use of the authorized capital
(Authorized Capital 2013/I) created at the Ordinary General Meeting on
August 20, 2013.
