ADLER Real Estate AG: Sale of further interests to joint
venture partner with whom a residential real estate portfolio has been
taken over on 30 August 2013

Hamburg, 8 November 2013. ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN:
DE0005008007 / WKN: 500800) Frankfurt/M., today transferred to its joint
venture partner further interests in the shareholder of the holding company
of the residential real estate portfolio, which ADLER Real Estate
Aktiengesellschaft together with the joint venture partner had taken into
the portfolio on 30 August 2013. As a result, ADLER Real Estate
Aktiengesellschaft only holds a remaining interest of 49% in the
shareholder of the holding company of the portfolio.
