On November 11, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 25, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.49% (this corresponds to 1849205 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.54% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 815342 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 1.95% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1033863 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
